Getting started
How do I set up LivingLogos for my church?
Create a free account, create a room for your service, and start a session from any phone or laptop with a microphone. Display the room’s QR code so your congregation can join. Setup takes only a few minutes.
What do congregants need to do?
They scan the QR code or open the room link in their phone browser, choose their language, and read the live captions. No app, no download, and no account.
What equipment do we need?
Just one internet-connected device with a microphone for the person speaking — a phone or laptop is enough. For clearer audio you can plug the device into your sound board, but it is optional.
Languages & accuracy
Which languages are supported?
English, Spanish, Korean, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Portuguese, French, and more — 8+ today, with additions over time.
Can one service be translated into several languages at once?
Yes. Each listener selects their own language, so a single sermon can stream to many languages simultaneously.
How do you keep names and theological terms accurate?
Upload a sermon reference or a keyword list and LivingLogos grounds its translation in it, so proper nouns, ministry names, and recurring terms are rendered consistently.
How fast do captions appear?
About two seconds behind the speaker.
Pricing
How much does LivingLogos cost?
Plans start at $29/month (Basic), $89/month (Standard), and $199/month (Pro). Pay-as-you-go is $5 per translation-hour with no subscription.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — new churches receive 2 hours of free translation time, with no credit card required, so you can test it during a real service.
How is usage measured?
By translation-hour: one hour streamed to three languages counts as three translation-hours. You only pay for languages your listeners actually join, with no per-listener fees.
Privacy & recordings
Do you record our services?
Audio is transcribed to produce captions, and the resulting text transcripts and translations are saved to your dashboard so you can review them later. Listeners join anonymously with a room code and are never required to create an account.
Can we delete transcripts?
Yes. Account owners can delete saved transcripts at any time from the dashboard.
